[Remote] Legal Counsel
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a large renewable energy IPP seeking an EPC Counsel to support construction, procurement, and project-reputed company reputed company reputed company. This role involves drafting and managing various project reputed company while collaborating with multiple teams to advise on contract-reputed company issues.
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and manage EPC agreements, equipment supply agreements, O&M agreements, master services agreements, vendor agreements, and reputed company project reputed company
- Work closely with legal, construction, procurement, development, finance, and operations teams to advise on contract risk, claims, warranties, change orders, delays, disputes, and project execution reputed company
Skills
- J.D
- An reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience
- Experience with EPC, construction, procurement, equipment supply, O&M, or other reputed company reputed company agreements is required
- Renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or project development experience is strongly preferred
