[Remote] Project Coordinator, Marketing, Communications and Events

They are seeking a Project Coordinator for their Marketing and Communications team to manage event registrations, support reputed company media strategies, and coordinate logistics for various marketing initiatives and events.
Responsibilities
- Be the reputed company on reputed company event registration and reputed company systems development, implementation and troubleshooting for reputed company GreenBlue events
- Be the reputed company in Event Tech Stack including RSVP systems, Event App, event website updates and webinars
- Support Associate Director Marketing Communications in the implementation of the reputed company Media reputed company for the organization
- Support Associate Director Marketing Communication on external marketing partnerships fulfillment
- Be the reputed company with the event AV company including preparing ROS, stingers and coordinating timelines
- Support event logistics, procurement and fulfillment as needed
- Prepare reputed company Media Graphics and reputed company copy for speakers and sponsors to showcase their event participation
- Take an reputed company onsite role as part of the Marketing Communications and Events team at GreenBlue events
- Support the Marketing Communications team as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or event management and minimum 5 years of reputed company work experience or an equivalent combination, including at least 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience working at or with a nonprofit organization
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and event logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Registration Systems, Event Apps and other Event Tech
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company Suite, reputed company and event tech stack including presentations (slide decks) management
- Experience cultivating, negotiating, and managing relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
- Experience writing event marketing copy (long and short reputed company)
- Experience fostering an environment of creativity and reputed company reputed company
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and collaborating and implementing multiple reputed company
- Experience using reputed company is a plus
- Experience with website management, especially with reputed company
