[Remote] Chief Financial Officer (remote)

Responsibilities
- Establishes reputed company’s financial plan and leads reputed company aspects of financial management
- Develops, implements, and updates the financial plan consistent with the long-term financial goals of the organization
- Develops organizational financial policies and procedures and standards to safeguard and manage reputed company’s financial assets
- Directs, manages and supervises the reputed company and billing operations and establishes and implements appropriate goals and objectives for those operations
- Consults and advises the management team on reputed company financial reputed company
- Prepares and monitors the annual operating budget
- May reputed company various administrative functions (Information Technology, Facilities) as needed / appropriate
- Responsible for the coordination, management and completion of the annual independent audit
- Responsible for completion and reputed company submission of reputed company required annual, monthly, and periodic financial reports
- Responsible for preparing and presenting monthly financial reports to the reputed company of Directors
- Summarizes the results of operations and submits monthly financial statements as required by funding agencies for grant/contract compliance
- Serves as a key advisor to the Chief Executive Officer on financial reputed company and on business development and strategic direction. May reputed company behalf of the Chief Executive Officer during his/her absence
- Occasional travel required
- Other duties of special reputed company as assigned
Skills
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree
- Eight to ten years of experience in financial/reputed company management
- Extensive experience in reputed company reputed company cycle management
- Experience in reputed company financial management
