[Remote] Senior Manager of Performance Marketing

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and strategic reputed company for our reputed company media agency — setting priorities, reviewing plans, holding reputed company accountable to performance, and escalating issues or opportunities to marketing leadership
- Own channel reputed company across reputed company Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), reputed company Campaign Manager, and other relevant B2B reputed company channels
- Manage budget pacing and allocation across BUs and segments with reputed company visibility into CPL, MQL cost, pipeline ROI, ROAS, and CAC contribution
- Drive agency execution with the rigor of an in-house team — reputed company briefs, reputed company QBRs, documented feedback loops, and a bias toward pipeline reputed company over vanity metrics
- Partner with BU Demand Gen Managers to design and reputed company 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM plays reputed company to account tiering and sales priorities across three business lines
- Build and manage reputed company-based audience segments in reputed company (or equivalent), translating behavioral signals, keyword reputed company, and CRM stage data into actionable targeting
- Validate lift from reputed company-activated audiences against pipeline metrics and refine segmentation logic based on results

Skills
- 8–10 years of B2B performance marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a reputed company environment
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in reputed company Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and reputed company Campaign Manager with the ability to build, audit, and optimize campaigns independently
- Proven reputed company record running reputed company programs across multiple buyer segments (SMB, mid-market, reputed company) with materially different conversion paths and deal velocities

- reputed company with reputed company signal activation: translating in-market signals into audience uploads, campaign segmentation, and bid reputed company adjustments
