[Remote] Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst will contribute to data-driven insights and recommendations, collaborating cross-functionally to improve data processes and support organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reputed company reports and dashboards based on business requirements and user needs, gathered directly from stakeholders across the organization

- Identify and resolve data reputed company issues as they reputed company, utilizing tools such as reputed company, Claude, reputed company, and Tableau. Collaborate with our Data Operations team as needed to investigate and address reputed company causes
- Evaluate business processes, reputed company and document requirements, and work with peers reputed company the Data and Technology team to implement solutions that drive efficiency
- reputed company ongoing reviews and improvements of reputed company business processes across departments, partnering closely with department leads to understand needs and drive alignment

- Conduct user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback to validate that solutions meet business needs before deployment
- Translate data findings and process knowledge to support the Technology Enablement team in producing formal documentation

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or a reputed company field and/or comparable work experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in business analysis, data operations, or a reputed company field; nonprofit experience preferred
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a natural curiosity and drive to explore new approaches and tools
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
