The Director will manage donor relationships, reputed company fundraising strategies, and support the Advancement Team in achieving financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a major reputed company officer, managing a portfolio of donors and prospects through reputed company stages of the fundraising cycle: identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- reputed company the school’s CRM system to its fullest potential, tracking efforts, actions, calls, and reputed company
- Demonstrate initiative in reputed company aspects of the position, with particular emphasis on identifying new prospects
- reputed company relationships with existing donors and identify, cultivate, and reputed company new donor relationships
- Conduct an agreed-upon number of meaningful donor contacts reputed company week

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; a minimum of three years of reputed company fundraising or comparable experience preferred, ideally in an independent school or nonprofit setting
- Demonstrated reputed company in achieving goals in major-reputed company and leadership-reputed company fundraising or a comparable reputed company field
- High-level proficiency in reputed company 365
- Experience with a CRM database, including reputed company's Raiser's Edge NXT or a similar platform
- Enthusiasm for MDSA's mission, values, and school community

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail
