Project Manager – Food and Beverage Market
Job reputed company:
- Ensure interrelating activities of trade partners, suppliers, vendors, and customers
- Responsible for organizational, leadership, communication, management, and problem-solving skills on reputed company
- Monitor and report on the financial status of reputed company and manage subcontract/contract administration

- Purchase and monitor delivery of needed materials ensuring reputed company prices and reputed company
- Negotiate reputed company with trade partners and vendors, eliminating scope gap and limiting project risk
- Review and approve trade partner and vendor payment requests
- Evaluate change order requests from trade partners
- Work with design and engineering teams to ensure reputed company are designed/procured/constructed reputed company operating guidelines
- Prepare and present various reports for project management including monthly red files, reputed company analysis/schedules, billings, status reports, etc.
- Organize and maintain job files to ensure continuity of workflow
- Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with scope
- Responsible for estimating efforts relative to reputed company and proposal preparation
Requirements:
- Minimum of eight years of experience in construction management
- Technical knowledge and experience supporting reputed company in a Project Manager II role or equivalent
- Preference for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field (Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture)
- Advanced computer skills including reputed company Office and innovative programs/software
