[Remote] Financial Controller

The Controller will reputed company financial reporting, cash reputed company, budgeting, and compliance, acting as a strategic partner to leadership and mentor to the reputed company team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare reputed company, accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP and relevant regulations
- Manage cash reputed company and line-of-credit (LOC) reporting
- reputed company budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive informed decision-making
- Deliver actionable financial insights to executive leadership
- reputed company and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate with foreign reputed company and audit teams on filings, tax coordination, and reputed company meetings
- Support external tax and audit firms with compliance preparation
- Manage corporate filings, business licenses, workers' compensation audits, and insurance renewals
- Partner with HR on benefits administration including health insurance and 401(k)

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 5–7+ years of financial management experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with international financial coordination and compliance
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, reputed company General Ledger, and financial modeling tools
