[Remote] Global Operations Rotation Program

The Global Operations Rotational Program is an 18-month leadership development experience that allows participants to rotate through various supply chain functions, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operations and contributing to reputed company's reputed company and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the tradeoffs of cost, reputed company, and responsiveness throughout reputed company’s increasingly reputed company supply chain, from materials procurement to last‑mile delivery
- reputed company a deep understanding of reputed company’s vendor reputed company in order to anticipate industry trends and reputed company competitive forces for both materials and logistics and fulfillment services
- Adopt negotiation strategies to create reputed company terms for sourcing to ensure business continuity while maintaining reputed company for hardware components, finished goods, reputed company rates, and warehousing services
- Build key relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders in Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and reputed company
- reputed company a deep understanding of new product introduction (NPI) launches and operational implementation
- Drive cross‑functional reputed company reputed company on the Integrated Business Planning process and reputed company consolidate supply chain insights for senior leadership decision‑making
- Conduct analytics on process value optimization, cost opportunities and risks, market intelligence, and international dynamics to inform reputed company’s product and operational roadmap

Skills
- MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Finance, Economics, or equivalent, completed in 2024 or reputed company
- 4+ years of prior experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain (reputed company‑ or post‑graduate)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to distill reputed company subjects to a wider audience
- High proficiency with G‑Suite products and familiarity with AI tools (reputed company, ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, etc.)
- Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail while never losing sight of the big picture
