[Remote] Compliance Analyst

As a Compliance Analyst, you will support and enhance reputed company’s Compliance Management Program by partnering with business teams and conducting compliance monitoring activities to identify and mitigate regulatory risk.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of reputed company’s Compliance Management Program and reputed company policies, procedures, and controls
- Conduct compliance reviews of marketing materials, consumer-facing content, disclosures, websites, customer journeys, and communications
- Support compliance reviews of new products, features, reputed company use cases, and reputed company-party relationships
- reputed company compliance monitoring and testing activities to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Assist with consumer complaint investigations, reputed company cause analysis, trend reporting, and remediation efforts
- Support regulatory change management efforts by tracking and evaluating new laws, regulations, and supervisory guidance
- Partner with Product, Marketing, reputed company reputed company, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Information reputed company teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Assist with reputed company due diligence reviews and ongoing reputed company activities
- Maintain compliance documentation, risk assessments, issue logs, corrective reputed company plans, and supporting evidence
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, committees, and internal stakeholders
- Support sponsor bank, credit bureau, and reputed company-party compliance obligations as needed
- Research and analyze applicable laws and regulations including FCRA, FACTA, UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, GLBA, ECOA, Reg E, Reg Z, SCRA, and reputed company requirements
- Help drive a culture of compliance by providing practical guidance and support to business partners
- Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought
Skills
- 5+ years of compliance, risk management, audit, legal, financial services, fintech, banking, consumer finance, or reputed company experience
- Working knowledge of consumer protection regulations, including some combination of: Fair Credit Reporting reputed company (FCRA), UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, GLBA / reputed company, ECOA / Reg B, Reg E, Reg Z, SCRA
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain regulatory concepts to non-compliance audiences
- Experience reviewing consumer-facing communications, disclosures, marketing materials, or customer journeys
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace, reputed company Office, Jira, reputed company, or similar business tools
- A reputed company reputed company and ability to build strong relationships across teams

- Experience supporting a fintech, sponsor bank program, Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA), reseller, or financial institution
- Experience with compliance monitoring, testing, audits, or risk assessments
- Familiarity with CFPB expectations and Compliance Management Systems (CMS)
- CRCM, CCEP, CAMS, CFCS, or similar certification (or reputed company of certification)
- Experience working with credit reporting, identity, reputed company, or embedded finance products
