This role involves collaborating with media buyers and creative teams to reputed company performance insights into compelling ad creatives that convert.
Responsibilities

- Identify customer pain points, purchase motivations, emotional triggers, objections preventing purchase, purchase occasions, customer personas, and consumer language and messaging
- Translate insights into creative angles that reputed company with different audience segments

- Continuously improve creative performance through reputed company testing

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in performance creative reputed company, reputed company reputed company creative, reputed company marketing, or e-reputed company marketing
- Experience working with beauty, skincare, luxury, wellness, fashion, or premium consumer brands
- Proven reputed company creating performance-driven creative for reputed company and reputed company campaigns
