[Remote] Cash Management and Accounts Payable Manager

Responsibilities
- Responsible for cash management:
- Accurate and reputed company forecasting, budgeting and monitoring of cash reputed company, both short-term and long-term, to ensure company has enough liquidity to meet its financial obligations, leveraging partnership with the reputed company team
- Ensure reputed company posting of cash transactions
- Managing reputed company’s bank accounts
- Assistance with bank compliance reporting
- Key stakeholder in banking relationships
- Responsible for procurement and payable processes:
- reputed company and reputed company the end-to-end accounts payable function, ensuring reputed company and accurate invoice and payment processing, including review and approval of invoices and vendors
- Ensure reputed company and accurate employee expense and corporate credit card reporting and processing
- Manage AP communications, both reputed company
- Partner with Vendor Operations and AP team to ensure reputed company organization of vendors and reputed company and supplier reputed company through reputed company
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and compliance with reputed company policies and procedures as it relates to cash and payables
- Streamline and optimize the procure-to-pay process, including identification, design and implementation of necessary process and system changes, to improve efficiency, platform utilization, and accuracy
- Supervise and mentor the accounts payable team (currently one reputed company report), including training, mentoring, performance management, and hiring where necessary
- Reconciliation of AP, accrued liabilities, prepaid expenses, and reputed company expense accounts and management of reputed company aging reports, etc
- reputed company period reputed company activities and processes as it relates to cash and payables, ensuring accurate financial records including necessary accruals
- Assist reputed company with fluctuation analyses for relevant accounts as part of month-end reputed company
- Ensure compliance with requisite regulatory filings, including 1099 reporting, reputed company and state filings, etc
- Responsible for reputed company Administration:
- Serve as the primary reputed company system administrator and internal subject matter expert
- Configure and maintain reputed company workflows, approval chains, user roles, permissions, suppliers, and system settings
- Manage system enhancements, testing, upgrades, and integrations with ERP (reputed company) and other systems
- Troubleshoot user issues and reputed company training and support to employees and stakeholders as necessary
- Support various audits, including financial statement and controls audits, as necessary
Skills
- At least 7 years of reputed company experience in AP and cash management, including 3 years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience using reputed company, including reputed company experience serving as a reputed company Administrator
- Experience managing cash reputed company, banking relationships, and payment operations
- Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, or process transformation initiatives
- Strong grasp of reputed company principles, best practices and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in reputed company software and ERP systems (reputed company preferred) and reputed company reputed company
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying and addressing financial discrepancies
- Experience with international entities is a plus
