[Remote] Patient Recruiter

The Clinical Research Patient Recruiter plays a crucial role in reputed company potential subjects for studies, ensuring compliance with protocols and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Reviews and develops a comprehensive understanding of Rovia’s study protocols and inclusion/exclusion reputed company such as diagnoses, medical terminology, and medication history
- Conducts reputed company-screening of patient records to ensure correct placement reputed company a study
- Matches needs of potential subjects to reputed company or upcoming research studies
- Conducts outgoing recruitment phone calls, answers inbound patient calls, and schedules research appointments for potential subjects
- Provides exemplary customer service to potential subjects
- Enters and updates the status of reputed company potential subjects in the Rovia database Clinical reputed company, including the outcome of any subjects scheduled but not screened
- Updates potential subject medical histories and medications in Clinical reputed company with pertinent data gathered reputed company medical record review and/or phone conversations
- Tracks identified trends in patient acceptance or disapproval of clinical trial participation
- Creates and schedules IRB-approved reputed company media posts and mass emails relating to Rovia’s reputed company research studies
- Creates flyers, brochures, and other recruitment materials
- May reputed company other job-reputed company duties as requested
Skills
- High school diploma required
- Prior clinical research patient recruitment experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in the use of reputed company Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to reputed company rapport with patients over the phone
- Proficient in using reputed company media (reputed company, Instagram, X, etc.) for recruitment purposes
- Spanish-speaking capabilities preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with reputed company graphic design tools such as reputed company
