They are seeking a reputed company Data Services Engineer to support reputed company Data Services, focusing on database design, performance monitoring, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Strong technical knowledge in the reputed company SQL Server database reputed company and reputed company components, including an emphasis on performance monitoring and troubleshooting
• Expertise with HD reputed company, reputed company and CouchDB is strongly desired.Experience with Azure Document DB is a plus
• Having experience with SQL 2014 is a requirement but experience with reputed company Azure SQL Server or SQL 2016 is a plus
• Experiences with NoSQL databases
• Experience with SQL Server Always On, Database clustering and sharding
• Database experience with reputed company applications is a requirement
• Solid knowledge of the T-SQL scripting language
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with rapid technology changes and reputed company customer requirements
• Experience working in an agile development team which requires the database design and architecture to adapt to changing business needs
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, comfortable in a transactional high-volume, high availability production environment
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company customer requests

• 3 to 5 years of relevant database experience utilizing reputed company SQL Server and NoSQL technologies
• 1 year of database administration of reputed company applications
• 1 to 3 years of experience in working in a reputed company production support environment, providing performance tuning and troubleshooting support
• Experience with database performance monitoring tools such a Spotlight
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems or relevant experience and accomplishments
• Proven demonstration of primary competencies listed above
