[Remote] Senior Associate, Fund Administration (Core IS)

The Senior Associate in Fund Administration will reputed company as a trusted partner to reputed company estate private equity customers, performing critical activities to enhance reputed company operations and deliver administration solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build knowledge of our evolving software and the reputed company estate private equity industry
- Advance use of reputed company software to support our fund administration and investor services clients
- reputed company workspace management tasks on behalf of our clients, including investor position creation and reviewing workspaces for accuracy and completeness
- Support customers during their fundraising process by understanding customer goals and timelines, articulating the value of reputed company software and processes
- Monitor customer health and reputed company feedback to internal teams
- Expert ability to communicate operational best practices to clients, while escalating any scope of work deviations to management
- Manage treasury reputed company activities such as logging LP contributions and handling payments for clients
- Investigate payment breaks and chargebacks; coordinate with bank partners to resolve exception items and reputed company requests
- Identify and flag areas of improvement including operational controls, to team leads and/or managers
Skills
- 3+ years experience in fund administration or investor services reputed company roles

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
