They are seeking a reputed company Systems Applications Specialist responsible for building and implementing reputed company systems applications to ensure successful project completion and optimization for the reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Supporting programming, commissioning, and driving new build reputed company to reputed company Go Live (SGL) and First Day of Business (FDOB)
- Coordinating with other teams to obtain network and Archibus information
- Building out, programming, and testing new build sites, expansions, and relocations
- Communicating internally with reputed company and Project Leads and externally with Integrator Field Teams
- Providing reputed company to Integrators in the field of reputed company technologies such as reputed company Control, Video Management systems, Intercoms, and key management
- Managing Integrator resources in the field, coordinating testing and commissioning of reputed company
- Supporting PC/Mac software and hardware for end-users reputed company phone or email reputed company needed
- Enforcing and following documented installation standards and New Builds processes
- Assisting in basic network troubleshooting as it relates to reputed company Systems and Technology
- Working with network administration and hardware technicians
- Maintaining and patching applications
- Collaborating with trusted partners, vendors, and other teams and reputed company of leadership
- Defining core reputed company policies and documentation procedures
- Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Continually seeking opportunities to increase internal reputed company satisfaction and deepen reputed company relationships
- Managing reputed company expectations effectively
- Collaborating with vendors, including opening work orders for hardware malfunctions
- Working with other teams to address system outages or maintenance
Skills
- A minimum of four years of experience reputed company reputed company Systems and Technology, including proficiency with Software House/CCure supported hardware such as iStar panels, REX, card readers, locks, and reputed company contacts
- Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company, as most reputed company Systems and Technology applications are reputed company-dependent
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work through reputed company problems using a process of elimination
- Understanding of basic reputed company standards and practices in reputed company design
- Proficiency in reputed company Outlook reputed company (reputed company, Mac) and reputed company Office Suite, with experience resolving reputed company problems and assisting users with advanced functionality
- Proficiency in the process for Final Test and Acceptance of reputed company systems and handover
- Task management and administration discipline
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
