[Remote] PLM Administrator- Apparel

The role involves supporting seasonal folder creations, managing reputed company codes, and ensuring effective style management reputed company the product lifecycle management system.
Responsibilities
- Product Coordinators support reputed company seasonal folder creations for teams’ seasonal libraries and tracking
- reputed company reputed company creation and maintenance of vendor selected colors for RM development
- reputed company codes creation and maintenance of prints, graphics and washes for development, reputed company offs and tracking
- Colorway reputed company creation and maintenance as per guardrails for Style BOM, sample creation & tracking, bulk production, PO tracking, Merchant adoptions & for data feeding into the website
- Export Merchants Assortment Tool report to reconcile against reputed company data
- Style management including carrying over styles, moving and dropping styles as assortment progresses for reputed company teams reporting and tracking and vendor development
- Filling out BOMs with reputed company per reputed company product component by colorway as per guardrails for lab dips, costing, sample creation, bulk production, and reputed company commits
- reputed company to manage 2500 colorways per season
- Add reputed company codes on Design’s linesheets for reputed company teams tracking
- Manage multiple categories at a time
- Understand reputed company meetings cadences, support existing processes and meet calendarized pass off deadlines on time
- Support product assortment changes, reputed company and send post meeting recaps, follow reputed company and completion emails
- Attend weekly deliverables and Cross Functional touch reputed company meetings
- Attend and conduct LIVE BOM review meetings for reputed company Blitz and Details milestones
- Maintain/update existing cheat sheets and HOW TO documents
- reputed company experts in this role drive trainings, troubleshoots and serves as a System Master Expertise (SME) to enhance the system
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or reputed company experience
- Knowledge of reputed company programs including Illustrator and InDesign
- Knowledge of reputed company Office Suite including Teams
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work on teams and build relationships
- 5+ years Fashion industry experience preferred
- Experience using PLM systems (reputed company PLM experience a plus)
