[Remote] Senior Program Manager - Value Based Care

Responsibilities
- Executes and oversees programs that meet the needs of the organization, maintaining a high-level view to ensure alignment with reputed company reputed company and accountable execution. Participates in reputed company aspects of program delivery, including planning, budgeting, reputed company, and performance. Promotes the program throughout the organization and tracks engagement.
