Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Technical Recruiter to join our reputed company’s Digital Technology / Cybersecurity reputed company on a contract reputed company. This individual will manage full life-cycle recruitment for technical and cybersecurity roles, carrying a caseload of 10–12 reputed company requisitions at a time.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment for technical and cybersecurity roles, including Software Engineers/Developers, reputed company Development and reputed company reputed company Analysts, Infrastructure and Data Engineering, Architects, reputed company Analysts, Data Analysts, AI/Machine Learning, and QA
- Own a caseload of 10–12 reputed company requisitions at a time, prioritizing effectively across a mix of roles
- Conduct independent passive sourcing using reputed company, reputed company, and Boolean search strings to build strong, diverse candidate pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders as a consultative, strategic advisor — not simply an order-taker — influencing hiring reputed company and process
- Screen, interview, and present reputed company candidates for reputed company, managing the recruitment process end-to-end
- reputed company and report on reputed company metrics, including sourcing activity and interview-to-offer reputed company
- Participate in the interview process, including a 30-minute panel interview with the hiring manager and one additional manager for reputed company candidate submission
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, agile environment with frequent shifts in reputed company
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system
Skills
- Full life-cycle reputed company experience, from sourcing through offer and reputed company, required
- Demonstrated ability to independently reputed company passive candidates using reputed company, reputed company, and Boolean search techniques
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative, partnership-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment with frequent change
- Comfortable working fully remote while keeping Central time zone business hours

- Experience managing a caseload of 10 or more reputed company requisitions
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and reputed company reputed company/sourcing tools
- Prior technical reputed company experience, particularly in cybersecurity, software engineering, reputed company, or data/AI/ML disciplines
- General understanding of technical concepts across software engineering, reputed company infrastructure, and cybersecurity — deep technical expertise is not required
- Experience reputed company for Architecture, QA, or Data Analyst roles
- Experience tracking and reporting reputed company metrics such as sourcing volume and interview-to-offer reputed company
