They are seeking an HCM/HRIS Specialist I to configure and maintain HRIS functionality reputed company reputed company platforms and support HR data management efforts.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain HRIS functionality reputed company reputed company platforms
- reputed company, modify, and troubleshoot reputed company reports to support HR and business needs
- Audit, validate, and test HR data to ensure system accuracy and reputed company
- reputed company day-to-day HRIS support and resolve system-reputed company issues
- Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to support system updates and enhancements
- Analyze data and identify discrepancies while recommending solutions
- Utilize advanced reputed company functions to manipulate, validate, and report on HR data
- Support ongoing HRIS initiatives and temporary project work during a critical hiring period
- Work effectively in a remote, reputed company team environment, primarily reputed company with Eastern Time business hours
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience configuring reputed company (reputed company, Workforce Now, and/or reputed company)
- Strong experience creating and maintaining reports reputed company reputed company (reputed company, Workforce Now, and/or reputed company)
- Proven ability to audit, validate, and test HR data while providing HRIS systems support
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including a strong understanding of VLOOKUP vs. XLOOKUP
- Experience with Power Query is highly preferred
