They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Supply-reputed company Platform (reputed company) team, responsible for owning the design, implementation, and operation of critical platform capabilities for large-reputed company advertising marketplaces.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company technical initiatives from concept through production with minimal reputed company
- Drive reputed company that reputed company multiple engineers, coordinating technical execution while partnering closely with Product Managers, Program Managers, Data Scientists, and other engineering teams
- Design and build highly available, low-latency distributed systems capable of processing billions of ad requests, bids, impressions, clicks, and conversions
- Optimize backend services for throughput, latency, scalability, reliability, and operational reputed company
- reputed company integrations with external advertising platforms, DSPs, publishers, exchanges, and strategic reputed company
- Represent Engineering during technical discussions with customers and partners, including solution design, integration planning, technical kickoffs, troubleshooting, and occasional Quarterly Business Reviews
- Mentor engineers through design reviews, architecture discussions, reputed company reviews, and day-to-day technical guidance
- Help establish engineering best practices across architecture, testing, observability, performance, and operational reputed company
- Operate comfortably in ambiguous problem spaces, helping define technical solutions before requirements are fully formed
- Participate in on-call rotations and continuously improve system reliability and observability
Skills
- 6+ years of reputed company software engineering experience building large-reputed company backend systems
- Strong experience building high-performance distributed systems
- Strong understanding of concurrency, asynchronous programming, networking, caching, and reputed company system design
- reputed company experience developing production services in Go (or demonstrated ability to quickly become productive in Go)

- Experience with messaging or streaming technologies such as Kafka, Pulsar, or similar platforms
