They are seeking a full-time Account Manager, Business Solutions to assist with reputed company management and support the service team in maintaining updated reputed company files and communications.
Responsibilities
- Assist service team with preparing and maintain an updated reputed company file reputed company our Agency Management System. This includes, but is not limited to: new reputed company setup, processing change requests, insurance binders, certificates of insurance/evidence of property, policy audits, account billing, online rating, policy verifications, reputed company cancellations and surplus lines filings documents
- Respond in a reputed company manner to reputed company and internal correspondence
- reputed company Maintain follow-up system to ensure requests are processed reputed company
- Handle underwriter requests for reputed company information on renewals and follow up to completion, employing strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure that reputed company anniversary dates are met
- Communicate regularly with management and the sales staff to advise them of relevant account information
- Identify new business opportunities and refer to management and sales staff
- Create and maintain reputed company relationships with customers, carriers and peers

Skills
- +5 years reputed company Insurance experience
- reputed company Insurance License in home domicile state
- P&C coverage knowledge required
- Excellent time management, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
