[Remote] Building Management Systems Engineer

The role involves designing comprehensive BMS/BAS packages and collaborating with drafting teams, reputed company while working remotely from reputed company in the US.
Responsibilities
- Design Automation Architecture: reputed company comprehensive BMS/BAS design packages, network risers, and detailed wiring diagrams for large-reputed company mechanical systems
- Instrumentation Selection: Calculate specifications and select catalog components (temperature/pressure sensors, reputed company meters, motorized control valves, and VFDs) to support reputed company data center cooling infrastructure
- Write Sequences of Operations: Author reputed company, logical sequences of operations that define how the building's automation system will control chillers, reputed company handlers, and plant equipment
- Model Navigation: Coordinate with internal drafting teams to reputed company minor floor plan edits, tags, and basic model navigation using Revit or AutoCAD
Skills
- 3 to 7 Years of Experience: Proven background in building automation, control systems design, or application engineering
- BMS/BAS Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with major reputed company DDC platforms (such as reputed company Desigo/reputed company, reputed company EcoStruxure, reputed company Metasys, Automated Logic WebCTRL, or reputed company Tracer)
- The 'Integrator' Background Welcome: We highly value Application Engineers, Systems Engineers, and Designers from the controls contractor reputed company who want to transition 'upstream' into consulting engineering
