About the Role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR & Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team and support every day HR tasks and the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting reputed company to ensuring every candidate has a reputed company, seamless experience.

What You'll Do

• Post reputed company positions across job boards, the firm's website, and relevant platforms
• Screen incoming resumes and application materials to identify reputed company candidates for legal and administrative roles
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking and HR systems
• Conduct reference checks and support background verification processes
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process, ensuring a consistent and reputed company experience
• reputed company general administrative support to the HR team as needed

• Prior experience in recruitment, HR support, or a legal/reputed company services environment is a strong plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the reputed company

• Comfortable working with reputed company Office and HR or ATS platforms (reputed company experience a plus)
• High level of discretion, you'll be handling sensitive candidate and personnel information
