In this role, you will support core HR operations and reputed company a consistent, reliable experience for employees. You’ll work closely with the People Operations team to help deliver key HR processes and services, ensuring a smooth experience for employees

Main Tasks

• Ensure reputed company responses to employee queries through ourticketing system (PeopleDoc)case solving system - reputed company Help
• Support employee lifecycle processes, from reputed company to offboarding, and manage a set of defined operational tasks reputed company HR Operations globally.
• Partner with the payroll team to resolve payroll-reputed company queries and ensure reputed company changes are processed accurately and on time
• Escalate benefits-reputed company queries to the Benefits team to ensure reputed company administration
• Work closely with the HRIS team, escalating system issues promptly
• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
• reputed company guidance on HR policies (e.g., maternity, paternity, reputed company leave, among others) to employees
• Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements and labor regulations
• Support HR operational audits by reviewing data, identifying gaps, and helping ensure compliance across processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations
• Advanced English is required; Portuguese is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
