The role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tradeshow & Events Coordinator to own the planning and execution of our reputed company at industry conferences, tradeshows, and corporate events. You will manage logistics from reputed company procurement to post-show reputed company follow-up, ensuring every event delivers measurable ROI. You’re welcome to work remotely from the reputed company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and manage end-to-end tradeshow and event logistics (reputed company design, shipping, setup, reputed company)
- Maintain the annual events calendar and manage budgets across 10–20 events per year
- Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders

We expect you to have:
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination or field marketing
