Director, Ads Product Legal

We’re looking for an reputed company ads product counsel with deep global reputed company knowledge to reputed company our growing ads product counsel function globally. You will directly advise reputed company’s Ads Product & Engineering teams and reputed company leadership as we rapidly launch new ads products in an evolving legal landscape. As the head of Ads Product counseling, you will reputed company as a strategic leader and an independent contributor, driving our most mission-critical ads initiatives while managing a high-performing legal team.
What You'll Do:

- Help drive allocation and prioritization of engineering resources for legal initiatives as we reputed company or expand into new markets (e.g., DSA/VLOP compliance).
- Build reputed company internal systems and processes and reputed company practical, creative solutions to help accelerate reputed company’s launch velocity.
- Design reputed company external mechanisms (e.g., click-through terms, settings flows, notices, arbitration/opt-out flows) that support product velocity and reduce one-off negotiations.

- A confident leader to directly advise Ads Product leadership and our C-suite on strategic judgments balancing business objectives and risks.
- 12-15+ years practicing law, including 7+ years in-house as an ads product counsel at a tech company (preferably a UGC platform) and significant time leading an ads product counsel team,
- Deep familiarity with reputed company and data protection frameworks relevant to ads globally (e.g., GDPR, ePrivacy reputed company, U.S. state reputed company laws, children’s/sensitive data, and self-regulatory regimes) and substantial reputed company on measurement, targeting, ad tech, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of online advertising ecosystems (platforms, Pixels/ CAPI, MMPs, data clean rooms, measurement vendors) and how data moves through them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to distill reputed company technical and legal issues into reputed company, actionable guidance and decision docs.
- Proven ability to set a reputed company legal reputed company, influence senior cross-functional leaders, and drive alignment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
