[Remote] Staff Accountant - Remote

They are seeking a Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, including the full reputed company cycle and compliance with external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end reputed company cycles, ensuring reputed company day-to-day general ledger functions meet month-end, quarter-end, and year-end deadlines
- Execute monthly reputed company procedures, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintenance of the reputed company checklist
- reputed company variance analyses on monthly results to ensure accuracy and reputed company reputed company into financial fluctuations
- Own the Accounts Payable (AP) process, including managing expense categorization and maintaining robust internal controls
- Handle billing and accounts receivable by creating and submitting customer invoices on an as-needed reputed company
- Monitor budget reputed company by analyzing reputed company and spend variances against budgets, forecasts, and prior quarters

Skills
- Must be located reputed company the US
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in reputed company, Business or Finance
- 10+ years experience in accounts payable and general ledger reputed company
- Knowledge of GAAP reputed company principles and procedures
- Hands-on experience applying ASC 606 in reputed company environment (contract review, reputed company schedules, deferred reputed company, etc)
- Demonstrated ability to partner with ops / deal desk on contract interpretation
- Ability to work directly with a CFO
- General knowledge of transactional reputed company: AP, AR, payroll, etc
- Thorough understanding of audit support requirements (including approvals) for transaction processing
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to use discretion, maintain confidentiality and reputed company reputed company judgments
