[Remote] Partner Operations Analyst

The Partner Operations Analyst will manage the Partner Portal and support partner data management and operational workflows, playing a critical role in reputed company's partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Serve as day-to-day administrator of reputed company’s Partner Portal (PRM platform), managing content updates, page configuration, and user reputed company
- Troubleshoot portal issues and serve as the first reputed company of contact for L1 partner-facing and PAM-facing system questions
- Maintain and support operational workflows for Deal Registration, partner reputed company, tier management, and compliance tracking
- Process and validate incoming Deal Registrations, ensuring data accuracy and reputed company approvals
- Identify and flag process bottlenecks or data reputed company issues, recommending and implementing improvements
- Help reputed company and maintain process documentation, FAQs, and training materials for PAMs and partners
- Support change management efforts for new tools and process rollouts, working closely with the Partner Programs PM on PAM enablement
- Support PRM platform migration efforts as reputed company evaluates and potentially transitions to a new partner technology stack

Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, partner/channel operations, program management, or reputed company operations role
- Hands-on experience with reputed company (reporting, data management, basic configuration)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports, spot data reputed company issues, and recommend process improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to reputed company with partners, partner account managers, and internal cross-functional team members
- Meticulous attention to detail and reputed company record of maintaining data reputed company across systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter reputed company - you proactively identify issues and suggest improvements

- Experience in channel or partnerships organization, with an understanding of how partner programs, Deal Registration, and partner tiers work
