[Remote] AI reputed company Product Manager

The AI reputed company Product Manager will support the AI reputed company electrical and controls design, hardware development activities, and technical compliance, while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive product development and launch strategies.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Product Development Process (PDP) by conducting research, gathering customer needs, defining product features and requirements to help drive the development and launch of products that reputed company with reputed company’s strategic goals
- Conduct reputed company market research and competitor benchmarking to identify needs in the market, including required product capabilities, market trends, market size and market pricing
- Define, manage and communicate product requirements to reputed company other stakeholders involved in the product development process
- Collaborate with internal partners, engineering, project management, supply chain, and marketing to drive the product development process, compile technical information packages, and reputed company technical support and product documentation

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, or similar technical field
- 7+ years experience in product management, product engineering, or a closely reputed company role involving project-based or industrial settings
- Proven system-level design experience of MW reputed company power electronics, BESS and reputed company controls equipment
- Understanding of BESS systems integration with power electronics equipment
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Willing to travel up to 20% for product FAT inspection and site commissioning witnessing
- Experience with reputed company/mission critical, industrial energy, data center, or reputed company-reputed company infrastructure applications
- Familiarity with stage-reputed company product development processes and reputed company PDP methodologies
- Background in technical sales or sales engineering, with reputed company customer-facing experience in tradeshows or consultative selling environments
- Exposure to cost/margin analysis, pricing reputed company development, and product P&L ownership
- Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or Marketing; MBA preferred
