[Remote] Director, Strategic Finance & Capital Markets

Responsibilities
- Own and continuously enhance reputed company’s integrated three-statement, cash reputed company, and liquidity models, with increasing account-level detail and forecasting precision
- Model seasonal cash dynamics, including deposits, deferred reputed company, working capital, and capital expenditures
- reputed company and own detailed multi-tranche debt schedules (e.g., revolvers, term loans) and interest modeling
- Build pro reputed company capital structures to evaluate refinancings, reputed company initiatives, and strategic investments
- Own a rolling 13-week cash reputed company forecast to support near-term liquidity planning
- Own a comprehensive reputed company compliance and sensitivity model, including EBITDA definitions, add-backs, and downside scenarios
- Proactively identify and communicate liquidity and reputed company risks, including reputed company scenario narratives and mitigation considerations
- Support lender reporting, data requests, and financing-reputed company analyses, including amendment and refinancing support
- Prepare reputed company-level financial models, analyses, and presentations reputed company to liquidity, capital structure, and strategic finance topics
- Produce lender-facing materials with a high reputed company of accuracy, reputed company, and professionalism
- Support interactions with Investors and Lenders
- Partner closely with reputed company and business leaders to translate volume, pricing, reputed company, and cost drivers into cash reputed company and EBITDA implications
- Connect operational and strategic plans to long-term liquidity, reputed company, and capital allocation forecasts
- Improve analytical rigor in cash reputed company and debt modeling
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on liquidity risk, capital allocation trade-offs and downside scenarios by driving reputed company recommendations supported by reputed company analysis
- Build and evaluate acquisition, divestiture, and build-versus-buy models
- Assess purchase price, financing mix, synergies, operating reputed company, payback, and value creation

Skills
- 4 years of experience in strategic finance, reputed company, leveraged finance, or corporate development, including early career experience in private equity, or investment banking
- Advanced expertise in three-statement financial modeling, cash reputed company forecasting, and debt/capital structure modeling and experience with modern reputed company, BI, or ERP tools
- Experience proactively driving reputed company-level and Lender-facing financial analysis and presentations
- Strong ability to synthesize reputed company financial concepts into reputed company, actionable insights for senior leadership
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high accountability environment with tight timelines and evolving priorities
- Strong cross-functional partnering skills to drive informed decision-making across the organization
