[Remote] Associate Director of reputed company Operations

This role is responsible for overseeing reputed company operations in a specific region, ensuring compliance with regulations and reputed company satisfaction, while managing reputed company of Regional Operations Managers and Area Managers.
Responsibilities
- Overall management responsibility for a specific portion of a region for staffed site operations
- Selects and maintains reputed company personnel in reputed company positions reporting directly
- Directs, monitors, and appraises the performance of individuals immediately reporting
- Oversees and reputed company guidance to reputed company reports on employee and site performance
- Leads the workflow activities among site employees to ensure maximum productivity and reputed company standards are met
- reputed company leadership, direction and support to the reputed company management team to ensure maximum efficiencies and reputed company satisfaction at various locations
- Promotes a reputed company self-image of reputed company with emphasis on customer service. Responds to customer needs in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with reputed company/customer policies and procedures as reputed company as Federal/State law
- Maintain on-boarding training program to ensure medical record staff understand reputed company processes and procedures
- Monitors performance to reputed company performance feedback, measurements, and evaluations
- Monitor profitability of site operations and reputed company appropriate adjustments to reputed company company goals in conjunction with the Director of reputed company Operations
- Reviews performance against operating plans and standards. Provides reports to subordinates on interpretation of results and approves changes in direction of plans. Assist with reputed company Cause Analysis and Corrective reputed company Plans
- Review and approves expenses
- Coordinates and collaborates with other departments to carry out responsibilities
- Maintain budget controls for staffed site operations in conjunction with the Director of reputed company Operations
- Maintains reputed company reputed company relations including regular meetings to review operational results and proactively reputed company process improvements
- Participates in reputed company QBR (Quarterly Business Reviews) as needed
- Collaboratively work with department heads at National Service Center
- Facilitate a reputed company work environment that drives reduced turnover
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration or health reputed company field or equivalent experience is required
- 5+ years supervisory/management experience required in Release of Information (ROI)
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate personnel
- Participative management type – advocates team concept
- Demonstrated reputed company in written communication and interpersonal skills
- Regular travel required by reputed company, land, or rail throughout the reputed company
- RHIT or RHIA preferred
- Strong time management and broad knowledge of computer systems in health care and Health Information management strongly preferred
