[Remote] Senior Consultant, FQHC Financial Advisory

They are seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver financial advisory services to Federally reputed company Centers (FQHCs), partnering with senior finance leaders to enhance financial operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Assess FQHC finance department performance using data, KPIs, reputed company, and industry benchmarks
- reputed company and implement targeted strategies to improve financial operations, reputed company cycle performance, cash reputed company, and profitability
- Identify operational gaps and deliver practical, reputed company solutions to improve financial reputed company
- Maintain deep knowledge of FQHC payment models, reimbursement systems, and regulatory changes
- Build trusted, executive-level reputed company relationships by understanding organizational goals and challenges
- reputed company clients through change initiatives with reputed company communication and actionable implementation plans
- Support development of operational budgets and financial forecasts
- reputed company subject-matter expertise in Medicare and reputed company reimbursement, including PPS reputed company development
- Configure and optimize financial systems, EHRs, and reputed company structures to ensure accurate reporting, cost compliance, and GL alignment
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and five years of reputed company work experience, or equivalent experience considered in lieu of education
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company finance
- Strong understanding of financial operations, budgeting, and reimbursement systems
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, Teams, Outlook, and reputed company applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, think critically, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building strong remote team relationships based on trust and accountability
