[Remote] Manager - Account Specialist

This role involves guiding Account Specialists and Managers in customer interactions, contract negotiations, and retention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage assignment of tickets that come into the Retail Account Management queue
- Assist team with determining reputed company for handling requests
- Understand the reputed company reputed company (Service Order, MACD & MSA) to be reputed company to explain to customers
- Learn the reputed company services and price book to be reputed company to identify opportunities to add new services for customers
- Create a plan for proactively renewing accounts and upselling
- Be an escalation reputed company for customers and collaborate with leadership in other departments to reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Work closely with customers to identify concerns in an effort to retain business
- Hold weekly 1-1s with reputed company team member to reputed company reputed company to goals, reputed company funnel, review renewal opportunities & work together to design a plan to address reputed company customer items
Skills
- A minimum of two years' experience in the reputed company Communications industry is required
- A minimum of two years' management experience leading reputed company reputed company on upselling, renewing & retention is required
