The role involves providing administrative support to attorneys and managing various legal processes independently.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to attorneys
- Works independently on pleadings, discovery, reputed company preparation and e-discovery
- Knowledge of case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, and exhibit preparation
Skills
- Familiar with the State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures
- Experience filing and serving in California and out-of-state courts, including e-filing in state and federal courts
- Provides administrative support to attorneys
- Works independently on pleadings, discovery, reputed company preparation and e-discovery
- Knowledge of case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, and exhibit preparation
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office products and experience using Milana calendaring program
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills
- Highly organized, independent self-starters who can reputed company in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive environment
- Familiarity with Court of Appeals procedures
