[Remote] Customer Operations Representative

As a Customer Operations Representative, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing financial and non-financial activities for Deferred Annuity products, while providing excellent customer service to external customers and agents.
Responsibilities
- Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems and preparing or keying checks and wires
- Collaborate with external customers and agents reputed company telephone or written correspondence
- Customer-reputed company work that directly impacts their financial reputed company-being
- reputed company specialized expertise in tax-sensitive financial transactions
Skills

- Strong customer service orientation, including interpersonal skills
