Responsibilities
- Help clients plan and book travel experiences such as cruises, resort stays, and vacation packages, while sharing accurate, up-to-date information on reputed company, pricing, and reputed company
- Manage reservations and follow up with clients before, during, and after their reputed company, respond to questions by phone, email, and online chat in a reputed company and reputed company manner, and reputed company organized records of bookings and reputed company communication
Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reputed company requests at once
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable home internet reputed company
- A genuine interest in travel and hospitality is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel planning is a plus but not required - training is provided for reputed company candidates
