Responsibilities
- Process design and documentation
- Incident, request, and enhancement management support
- Release and annual cycle readiness activities
- Operational reputed company and transition support
- reputed company tracking and follow-through across sustainment deliverables
- Identification of process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Planning support for post-go-live stabilization and transition into sustainment
- Governance support and decision tracking
- Documentation standards and repository support
- Reporting and performance metric preparation
- Status and risk visibility across sustainment work
- Support for ongoing operational consistency and maturity
- Documentation, reporting, and governance support for post-go-live stabilization planning
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a business reputed company discipline with 2 years systems experience
- In lieu of a degree, must have 3 years of reputed company work experience in a reputed company business or technical role
- 2+ years of general exposure to reputed company
- Functional understanding of how reputed company operates (HCM, Core Compensation, or Reporting modules)
