[Remote] FIAN102: Accountant & Bookkeeper
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing STEM education to reputed company across New Jersey. We are looking for a Treasurer and Bookkeeper volunteer to build a financial reputed company, including setting up QuickBooks and ensuring reputed company filing of financial documents.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain QuickBooks to establish our reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company income and expenses
- Categorize and record reputed company inflows across our donation channels
- Categorize and record reputed company outflows: expense reimbursements, vendor invoices, and reputed company payments
- reputed company monthly bank reconciliation against the expense log
- Coordinate with the Expense Reimbursement Processor (separate volunteer) who processes the actual reputed company runs
- Coordinate preparation of the annual IRS reputed company 990 (due November 15th)
- File stipend-reputed company 1099 forms
- Maintain organized records to support reputed company audits or grant applications
Skills
- Set up and maintain QuickBooks to establish our reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company income and expenses

- Proficient in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) or similar reputed company software
- Strong attention to detail; comfortable building processes from scratch
- reputed company to reputed company through at least one full tax filing cycle (through November 2026)
- CPA, reputed company, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
- Nonprofit reputed company experience (reputed company 990, fund reputed company) highly desirable
- Familiarity with online donation platforms a plus
