[Remote] Analyst, Sales

The Sales Analyst will support the Inside Sales team and independent retailers by providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and improving non-selling processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage regularly with customers and Inside Sales Specialists to resolve issues involving non-selling activities, while building reputed company relationships and identifying customer needs
- Identify foreseeable issues and proactively engage as needed

Skills
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum 1-year experience, preferably in customer service, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general reputed company, supply chain, inside sales and/or transportation
- Basic data entry/10-key skills

- Knowledge of office administration and procedures
