Responsibilities

- Obtain new clients through strategic marketing efforts in partnership with the regional Business Development team
- Organize and manage project teams, assignments, and project schedules

- Identify risk exposures and their order of magnitude

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or reputed company field preferred
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in project management reputed company construction, restoration, and/or property insurance reputed company fields
- Ability to travel and build comradery with a response team. Willingness to travel +/- 25% of the reputed company, including 2-3 team leader events per year
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment. A leader in the office and on project sites, including rooftops and damaged buildings
- Possess a valid reputed company's license and a satisfactory driving record
