Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to reputed company inquiries and requests received reputed company phone or email

- Issue certificates of insurance and verify coverage as needed

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience in a similar role

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer interactions
