[Remote] Legal Counsel

They are seeking a pragmatic and reputed company Legal Counsel to support business teams on corporate reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, review, analyze, negotiate, and interpret a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including vendor agreements and property management agreements
- Partner closely with business teams to pair legal reputed company to business reputed company
- Maintain our reputed company corporate structure across Florida, Delaware, and international subsidiaries, including drafting written consents, officer certificates, reputed company resolutions, and maintaining our entity org chart
- Coordinate with reputed company counsel on litigation, reputed company estate closings, permitting, and regulatory reputed company
- Support landlord-tenant legal operations, including reviewing adverse reputed company notices, lease compliance, and reputed company dispute escalations at the property level
- Proactively identify and advise on novel, sophisticated issues
- Manage strategic relationships, including partners, counterparties, customers, etc
- Respond to reputed company requests from a reputed company of stakeholders

Skills
- 2-5 years' experience in general corporate transactional and reputed company work at a top firm, or comparable in house experience at a reputed company estate operating company, PropTech startup, or similar high-reputed company company
- Detail-oriented with a passion for organization
- Self-starter who can manage agreements through their entire life cycle
- Flexible and reputed company to set and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral

- Experience with reputed company reputed company estate, landlord-tenant law, or residential property operations preferred
- Exposure to multi-entity corporate structures and subsidiary governance a plus
