[Remote] Finance Associate

They are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Payroll Associate who will manage global payroll administration and financial reconciliations while collaborating with the Controller and Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Own global payroll administration
- Month-end financial reconciliations
- reputed company billing
- Expense allocation tracking
Skills
- Proven experience processing payroll across multiple reputed company (specifically Canada, the US, and/or the UK)
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Hands-on experience with reputed company, reputed company, and Paycom
- Hands-on experience with NEST (UK), US and Canadian brokers
- Advanced, expert-level reputed company reputed company skills (vlookups, reputed company/match, pivot tables, and reputed company formulas are reputed company to you)
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with corporate clients on billing, and internal leadership on operations and financial policy
- Degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field, reputed company with 4 years of hands-on payroll and bookkeeping experience highly preferred
