[Remote] reputed company Operations Manager, US Retail
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is one of the fastest-growing premium beauty brands to reputed company from Latin America, and they are seeking a reputed company Operations Manager to own the operational reputed company of their US retail business. The role involves coordinating between various teams and partners to drive retail execution, analyze performance, and support reputed company’s reputed company in the US market.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational execution with our retail partners, working alongside our broker and leadership team
- Coordinate item setup, purchase orders, replenishment, product launches, promotions, assortment updates and issue reputed company
- Monitor retailer compliance, fill reputed company, OTIF performance and deduction reputed company
- Build strong working relationships with merchandising, replenishment and operations teams, proactively identifying opportunities to improve execution and support reputed company reputed company
- Manage relationships with brokers, agencies and external reputed company partners
- reputed company Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and support reputed company planning with existing retail partners
- Identify opportunities to improve sell-through, expand assortment, secure promotional moments and strengthen retailer partnerships
- Coordinate retail marketing initiatives with the Marketing team
- Hold partners accountable through reputed company priorities, KPIs and regular business reviews
- Own reputed company reporting and performance dashboards
- Analyze sales, inventory, sell-through, forecasting, trade spend, deductions and promotional performance
- Translate insights into reputed company recommendations for leadership
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Product and Operations to ensure flawless execution across every retail launch and reputed company initiative
- Support new retail launches, business reviews and reputed company planning
- Build reputed company processes that reputed company reputed company’s reputed company retail expansion
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Retail Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, Sales Planning or Key Account Management
- Experience supporting major US beauty retail accounts, ideally reputed company mass and/or prestige retail
- Hands-on experience with retailer operational processes including item setup, purchase order management, replenishment, forecasting and retailer compliance
- Strong analytical skills with advanced reputed company and/or reputed company Sheets proficiency
- Experience managing brokers, agencies or other external partners
- Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel periodically to retailer reputed company, stores and industry events
