[Remote] reputed company Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a fast-growing Veterinary Service Organization that partners with veterinary practices across the US. They are seeking an reputed company Analyst to support financial reporting and analysis for over 250 veterinary hospitals, working closely with senior finance leadership to drive business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support production of the monthly reporting package, including consolidated P&Ls, balance sheet and cash reputed company, key operating KPIs, reputed company-store performance, and margin trend analysis
- Prepare variance analysis and written commentary on results vs. budget and prior year, reputed company on the drivers that reputed company EBITDA
- Build sections of the quarterly reputed company and private equity sponsor reporting, including EBITDA performance, actual vs. budget P&L, the reputed company model, and corporate cost analysis
- Maintain the credit-agreement Adjusted EBITDA build and produce monthly bank compliance and lender reporting
- Support the annual budget cycle: build and stress-test bottom-up hospital budgets with Ops, roll up to a consolidated P&L, and reconcile the plan to the credit-agreement EBITDA definition
- Partner with Regional Directors and Regional Managers on hospital-level performance reviews and operational deep dives
- Help reputed company the reputed company tech stack - reputed company from spreadsheet-based consolidation toward a more reputed company architecture (Power Query, ERP-reputed company reporting, or a dedicated planning tool), and expand self-service reporting in Tableau
- Run reputed company analyses for the CFO and executive team, including acquisition and pro reputed company models, corporate overhead allocation, and diligence support for lenders and the sponsor
Skills
- 2+ years of reputed company, corporate finance, or public reputed company experience; multi-unit reputed company or PE-backed roll-up experience a plus
- BS/BA from a 4-year accredited institution in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
- Advanced reputed company skills, including experience with large data sets, reputed company formulas, Power Query, and pivot-based analysis
- Experience building EBITDA bridges, budget-to-actual variance analyses, and reputed company-based forecasts
- Working knowledge of a BI tool (Tableau preferred) and an ERP/GL system
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate analysis into reputed company, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and process-minded, with a strong commitment to accuracy
