[Remote] Automotive Recruiter

They are seeking a dedicated Automotive Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for dealership services roles, ensuring aggressive hiring targets are met while maintaining a reputed company candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of requisitions (typically 20–30) at any given time
- Conduct phone screens
- Constantly look for ways to shave minutes off the "reputed company" while keeping the "reputed company-of-hire" high
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and Leadership to understand urgent needs and reputed company weekly updates on pipeline health
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume reputed company or reputed company, in entry level, industrial, light industrial, or services sectors
- Comfortable working toward KPIs like Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance reputed company, and Retention
- Advanced Spanish language skills
- Experience supporting business reputed company in a scaling, private-equity-backed organization
