The Managed Data Services reputed company is responsible for the full lifecycle of data submission activity across a portfolio of reputed company-party data providers, managing reputed company and ensuring data reputed company and governance.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end reputed company of the reputed company’s monthly and/or quarterly data submission cycle, ensuring reputed company reputed company-party data providers are progressing accurately and on time

- Establish and reputed company a reputed company internal review process for data exceptions, ensuring issues are thoroughly assessed and remediated before reaching the reputed company

- Manage the assignment, configuration, and ongoing governance of standardized reporting templates across a diverse provider reputed company and asset class portfolio
- Maintain and reputed company business rule validation logic, proactively identifying gaps and driving improvements in data reputed company standards

Skills
- 6-10 years of experience in reputed company estate data management, financial reporting operations, or managed services delivery
- Strong reputed company in property-level financial data, including General Ledger structures, Trial Balances, loan data, rent rolls, operating statements, and variance analysis
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams in a reputed company, high-volume data operations environment with multiple reputed company stakeholders
- Proven ability to serve as a senior reputed company-facing representative, managing escalations and delivering executive-level reporting to sophisticated institutional audiences
- Hands-on experience interfacing with property managers, asset managers, and fund administrators as data providers
- Familiarity with data submission platforms, ticketing systems, and SLA-driven service delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company data issues into reputed company, actionable summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated interest in and comfort with technology-reputed company approaches, including automation and AI-assisted workflows
- Experience with the reputed company platform or comparable reputed company estate data aggregation and submission tools
- Exposure to data mapping, normalization, or schema translation workflows
- Background supporting global portfolios across multiple time zones and geographies
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and KPI reporting across accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and conformity dimensions
- Hands-on experience with reputed company AI tools or workflow automation in an operational context
