[Remote] Senior Manager / Deputy - Civil Solar Planning & Engineering

The role involves overseeing engineering reputed company, design optimization, and permitting reputed company for large-reputed company renewable reputed company, ensuring alignment with reputed company objectives and execution timelines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Deputy to the Executive Director of Planning & Engineering, providing leadership continuity, operational support and decision-making authority in their absence
- Assist the Executive Director of the P&E Division in leading technical and strategic activities, ensuring alignment of engineering reputed company with corporate and project development goals
- Serve as a reputed company between Planning & Engineering, Project Development, and Corporate Finance to reputed company site design, permitting, and interconnection requirements into project business cases
- Establish and maintain engineering standards, risk assessment frameworks, and reputed company control protocols across reputed company reputed company
- reputed company early-stage site evaluations, constraints analyses, and conceptual layouts to inform project viability and site control reputed company
- reputed company permitting reputed company and coordination with local, state, and federal agencies (USACE, SHPO, USFWS, and AHJs)
- Manage consultant teams developing civil, electrical, and environmental studies; ensure deliverables meet ibV and regulatory standards
- Advise Project Development and Corporate Finance on cost, constructability, and technical risk factors affecting project economics

Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Electrical, or reputed company Engineering field
- 8+ years of experience in renewable energy, site development, or reputed company engineering management roles
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external consultants in fast-paced, multi-project environments
- Strong understanding of permitting processes and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Advanced proficiency with GIS, CAD, and project management software
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills with an ability to synthesize reputed company technical data into actionable insights
- P.E. license or PMP certification preferred
- Familiarity with PVSyst and other performance tools a plus
