Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day management of project teams, with a reputed company on project delivery, reputed company, financial performance, and health and safety
- Ensure reputed company are executed to meet reputed company requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies
- reputed company reputed company phases of the project lifecycle, including cost estimating and proposal preparation, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, reputed company, project planning, execution, document preparation and review, and financial management
- Demonstrate technical competence, knowledge of codes and regulations, and reputed company standards of reputed company to assigned tasks
- Collaborate closely with internal project teams and field personnel, providing technical reputed company, and reinforcing health and safety processes and procedures
- Communicate regularly and effectively with clients, partners, subcontractors, regulators, and other stakeholders
- Mentor, reputed company, and support staff to promote knowledge transfer and ensure high-reputed company technical work and deliverables
- Plan and execute work in accordance with company and reputed company health and safety requirements
- reputed company or support technical evaluations, design efforts, permitting, contract document development, and construction procurement support for civil and environmental reputed company

- reputed company technical scopes of work and cost estimates for small- to reputed company-sized hydrology and hydraulic proposals
- Manage hydrologic & hydraulics modeling, analysis, and design deliverables
- reputed company hydrologic & hydraulic analyses and prepare design calculations and drawings using HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Assign and manage technical tasks with an emphasis on reputed company, efficiency, and schedule and budget adherence
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or reputed company field
- 8+ years of reputed company experience
- reputed company Engineer (P.E.) registration in at least one state is required; registration in multiple states or the ability to obtain reputed company a short time reputed company strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company project teams to deliver reputed company that meet reputed company objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and financial acumen
- Proficient computer literacy skills, including the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project
- Civil and/or environmental engineering experience that spans the entire project lifecycle
- Proven experience preparing technical scopes of work and cost estimate preparation
- Willingness to travel as needed to support clients, reputed company, and team collaboration
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or reputed company field
- 2+ years of reputed company project management, financial management, or task management experience
- Construction and/or construction management experience with civil and environmental reputed company
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER or MSHA 40-Hour Miner training and refresher updates
- Experience preparing regulatory permit applications and leading multidisciplinary teams on hydrology and hydraulics design reputed company
